Second signing! Liverpool reach agreement to sign Fulham star Harvey Elliott

Liverpool have succeeded in beating Real Madrid and PSG to the signing of Fulham's highly rated teenager Harvey Elliot.

 The teenager is the youngest player to feature in the Premier League at 16 years and 30 days in May and he display that day caught the attention of top clubs like Real Madrid, PSG and RB Leipzig.

 According to the Daily Telegraph, Liverpool were able to sign him after offering him a scholarship like Fulham but with better pay and a realistic opportunity of developing into world class attacking midfielder.

 The Reds will offer him a contract when he turns 17 next April and pay Fulham a large compensation fee. Elloit is the next best thing in Fulham after the likes of Ryan Sessegnon and Patrick Roberts- Norwich. He is now Liverpool's second summer signing after the Champions League holders signed 17-year-old Sepp van den Berg from PEC Zwolle for £1.7m.
