Official! Manchester City accepts FC Porto £42m bid for Eliaquim Mangala

According to the Sun, Manchester City have accepted FC Porto's £42m bid for Eliaquim Mangala. Pep Guardiola has no interest in keeping the 26-year-old Portugal international who lacks the tactical or technical skill sets to strive under him.

Guardiola has limited him to just four Premier League starts and moved him out on loan in his first season to Valencia and the subsequent season to Everton on January deadline day. At Everton, Mangala continued his struggle and later suffered a serious injury that ruled him for nine months..

Although he has fully recovered from that misfortune but Pep Guardiola has made it clear to him and the board, he wants him gone before the pre-season kicks in. With FC Porto now offering £42m for his services, City have no reason whatsoever to say no
